This policy explains what data we process when you use algoquantely.com, the user dashboard, and the Quantely software. Data controller: [Company legal name or owner's name], [address], [contact email].
Data we process
- Waitlist: if you sign up before launch, we store your first name, last name, email address, phone number, sign-up date and, if you arrive from an ad or link, its source (for example, utm_source). We use this data only to notify you about the Quantely launch by email, phone, or WhatsApp. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to our emails.
- Account: name and email address. If you sign up with an email and password, we store only a cryptographic hash of the password (scrypt), never the password itself. If you use “Continue with Google,” we receive your name, your email address, and your Google account identifier; we do not have access to anything else in your Google account.
- Subscription and payments: your Stripe customer ID, your subscription status, and its dates (start, renewal, cancellation). Your card details are processed solely by Stripe; we neither receive nor store them.
- License: your token, the number of resets, a technical identifier of the computer on which the software is activated, and the IP address and date and time of each license validation.
- Support: the details of any 1:1 support appointments you book (date, time, and reason) and the messages you send us.
- Technical and security data: sign-in dates and the essential cookies described below.
How we use it and legal basis
- Performance of the contract: to create and manage your account, charge for the subscription and sessions, give you access to the dashboard, downloads, course, and community, generate and validate your license, manage your support appointments, and send you the emails necessary for the service (account verification, password reset, purchase confirmation, failed payments, cancellation, and appointment confirmations and reminders).
- Legitimate interest: to protect account security, prevent fraud and the sharing or misuse of licenses, and handle chargebacks and disputes.
- Legal obligations: to retain billing and payment records as required by tax and accounting regulations.
- Consent: to send you marketing or news emails, only if you expressly agree by checking the corresponding box when you sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in each email or by writing to us.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers needed to deliver the service, who act as data processors following our instructions:
- Stripe: payment, subscription, and billing processing. Your card details are processed only by Stripe.
- Google: sign-in, only if you choose “Continue with Google.”
- Resend: sending transactional emails.
- Vercel: hosting for the website and the dashboard.
- Upstash: the database where your account, subscription, and license are stored.
If you choose to join the private community, the relevant platforms (WhatsApp, Discord) will process your data under their own policies. We do not sell your data.
International transfers
Some of these providers are located in the United States or may process data there. In those cases, transfers are made under the safeguards offered by the providers themselves (for example, standard contractual clauses). [Review the applicable safeguards for your jurisdiction.]
How long we keep it
- Account and license data: for as long as your account exists. If you delete it, we erase this data except for what we are required to keep by law.

Your rights

Cookies
We use only essential cookies, which are necessary for the dashboard to work:
- q_session: a signed session that keeps you signed in to the dashboard. It lasts 14 days and is not accessible from JavaScript (HttpOnly).
- q_oauth: used during Google sign-in and expires after 10 minutes.
