These Terms govern your use of algoquantely.com and the user dashboard, and your purchase of Quantely products (“Quantely,” “we,” “us”), operated by [Company legal name or owner's name], located in [Country / city]. By creating an account, purchasing, or using our products, you agree to these Terms.
1. What we offer
Quantely Pro is a monthly subscription that includes: automated trading software for the NinjaTrader 8 platform (futures) and its installer, a personal license token, a video course, and access to a private community (WhatsApp / Discord). You may optionally purchase 1:1 support sessions by video call. We do not provide financial advice, account management, or personalized signals.
2. Your account
- You can create your account with an email address and password (you will need to verify your email through a link) or with “Continue with Google.”
- Each account is personal and belongs to a single individual. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password, sign out of all open sessions from the dashboard, and let us know.
3. Subscription and auto-renewal
- Price: USD 300 per month, or the price shown on the checkout page at the time of purchase. [Taxes: state whether the price includes taxes or whether taxes are added based on your country.] Applicable taxes, if any, will be charged.
- Billing: the first charge is made at the time of purchase and then automatically every month on the same date.
- Auto-renewal: your subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel it. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges to your payment method.
- Payment processor: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. Stripe emails you your receipts and invoices.
4. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time from Dashboard › My account › Manage subscription, which takes you to the Stripe customer portal. There are no hidden steps, and you do not need to contact us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period: you keep access until that date and will not be charged again.
5. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry the charge over several days, and we will email you so you can update your payment method. You will keep access during a 3-day grace period; if the payment is still outstanding after that period, your access will be suspended and your license will stop validating until the payment is resolved.
6. Refunds

When a refund is issued, it is returned to the original payment method through Stripe. If a subscription payment is refunded, the corresponding access ends at the time of the refund.
7. Chargebacks and disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank over a payment, your license and access will be suspended while the case is under review. We ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue.
8. 1:1 support sessions
- Each session is paid for separately (USD 50 per session, or the price shown at booking) as a one-time, non-recurring payment.
- Sessions are booked from the dashboard. You can cancel an appointment up to 24 hours before its start time, and the session will be credited back to you to book on another date.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up, the session is considered used.
9. Price changes
We may change the subscription price. We will notify you by email before your next renewal; if you do not agree, you can cancel before the new price takes effect.
10. License
- We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software while your subscription is active.
- The software is activated with a personal token that you generate in the dashboard. The token is non-transferable and can only be active on one computer at a time. You can reset it up to 3 times; after that, you must contact us.
- You may not share your account or token, or resell, redistribute, decompile, or modify the software or the course materials.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, deactivate your token, and remove your access to the community if we detect misuse, such as sharing your token or account, redistributing the software or the course, attempting to circumvent the license, fraudulent use of payment methods, or any other breach of these Terms. 12. Risk and liability
Trading in the markets involves risk of loss. You decide whether to use the software, with which settings, and on which account. Quantely is not responsible for losses arising from the use of the software or from failures of the platform, the broker, the connection, or the configuration. 13. Availability and updates
We may update the software and the course content. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
